At the Annual General Meeting, February 25, 2017, a motion was presented and accepted by a majority to amend the constitution to allow proxy voting at future AGMs. The amendment also included a couple minor housekeeping clarifications in the section on AGMs. The amended document is now posted in the About BGWA section.

To celebrate its 150th anniversary, 14 mature trees will be planted across Bruce County, most on them at ceremonies taking place this Friday morning, the day prior to earth day. For details read the story on Blackburn News.
