2022 Annual General Meeting Details & Registration

Our Annual General Meeting will take place 22-February-2022, starting at 7 PM until 8:40 PM. This meeting with be virtual, via Zoom. As always, it will begin with a learning component, this year featuring a presentation by Jim Eccles and Rob Beirnes on Small Woodlot Owners Cooperatives – how it works for plantations.

The AGM business agenda and supporting documents are available in the Members’ Area. You must be a current member in order to vote at the AGM (renew here). If you cannot attend but would like to entrust your vote to a Director or other member, you can vote by proxy (form available in the Members’ Area).

Pre-registration is required. To register, complete the form below. Register by 15-February-2022 at noon.
