2024 Annual General Meeting Details & Registration

Our Annual General Meeting will take place 2-March-2024, starting at 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This meeting will be held at Grey Roots Museum and Archives (102599 Grey Rd 18, Owen Sound ON N4K 5N6).

As always, it will begin with a learning component, this year featuring a presentation by Heather Zurbrigg, from the Forest Gene Conservation Association, discussing The Forest Gene Conservation Association (FGCA) and their programs..

The AGM business agenda and supporting documents are available in the Members’ Area. You must be a current member in order to vote at the AGM (renew here). If you cannot attend but would like to entrust your vote to a Director or other member, you can vote by proxy (form available in the Members’ Area).

Pre-registration is requested. To register, complete the form below. Register by 23-February-2024.
