2023 Annual General Meeting Details & Registration

Our Annual General Meeting will take place 25-February-2023, starting at 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This meeting will held at Grey Roots Museum and Archives (102599 Grey Rd 18, Owen Sound ON N4K 5N6).

As always, it will begin with a learning component, this year featuring a presentation by Jacob Kloeze, from the Nature Conservancy of Canada, discussing their Phragmites Control project at the Fishing Islands / Oliphant within the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula.

The AGM business agenda and supporting documents are available in the Members’ Area. You must be a current member in order to vote at the AGM (renew here). If you cannot attend but would like to entrust your vote to a Director or other member, you can vote by proxy (form available in the Members’ Area).

Pre-registration is required. To register, complete the form below. Register by 18-February-2023 at noon.
